Potato salad.

    Today I had a simple potato salad with arugula, leek, apple and radishes. You have to cook the
    potatoes and then mix in the rest (after cutting everything). I added some salt, pepper, oil and vinegar
    and had some Gruyère cheese as highlight.

Should I?
